Joshua Rosheisen

Regional Sales Manager

Josh was born in Beloit, Wi. and is a die-hard Packers fan. He has always been involved in sports and has trained in many different martial arts. In 2008 he pursued a career as a MMA and Kickboxing fighter and moved to Houston to train with former UFC Fighter Sam Hoger. After numerous injuries, Josh transferred the skills he had developed through the fine dining industry, where he learned a high level of customer service, to the roofing industry. One of the first things Josh noticed was that many contractors in the business had poor skills in communication, follow-up and customer service. He saw a great need for improvement and began to focus on processes to help others learn to strive for great customer service. As Josh explains, “While the construction industry is ever-changing, one thing remains the same: customers want to be taken care of and that will forever be my goal.” Josh loves a great game of volleyball, a good meal and traveling all over the world. He proposed to his girlfriend on a beach in Greece and is set to wed on a beach Mexico this year. He is “dad” to a rescued dog, Jordy Nelson, and a giant Maine Coon cat, Lambeau.


Darrin Benning

General Manager

Since starting the company, Darrin has focused on providing top of line products, old-style customer service and the highest quality installation. Darrin is responsible for maintaining quality control, ensuring timely installation, and assuring customer satisfaction from the entire Rebuild Texas team. Darrin has been in the building industry for more than 26 years, owning or operating businesses such as flooring, remodeling and exterior construction companies. In his spare time, Darrin enjoys traveling to Llamado Eterno in Honduras to build and expand the church and school, spending time with family and friends, and flying his airplane every chance he gets. Darrin hopes to leave a legacy of love, compassion and a willingness to provide for and help others at any opportunity.


Becky Osuna

Project Manager

Becky grew up in a small farming town in northern Oklahoma where her grandfather and father were practicing physicians for more than 50 years. This upbringing led her to earn a nursing degree from Texas Christian University and she enjoyed a career as a neonatal ICU nurse, even having the privilege to Life Flight many sick babies in remote areas back to her unit. She was blessed to adopt two children who are now in their early twenties. Her daughter is completing commercial airline pilot training, and her son is an awesome cook who dreams of being a celebrity chef one day. Becky enjoys getting together with friends and family, live music, theater, traveling, discovering fabulous restaurants, and wishes she had more time to enjoy a sci-fi book or two. She has been a project manager for Rebuild Texas for more than seven years. Her caring attitude and concern for the project is why she has been honored with the outstanding customer service award for the past four years and remains among the top in sales.


Crystal Kirk

Supplement Specialist

Crystal holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and is a licensed adjuster in Texas and 10 other states. She has worked at several large insurance companies and is also a Catastrophe Independent Adjuster. Crystal works directly with insurance companies and adjusters to reconcile customer claims in a timely, professional manner. She teaches English online to children and adults and spends her spare time reading, cooking, and gardening. Crystal loves being outside on warm, sunny days and enjoys swimming, jet-skiing, and boating.
She lives in Fort Worth with her teenage daughter, Hannah.


Julie Benning

Office Manager

Julie has been with Rebuild Texas professionally since 2011. She helps customers with all of their invoicing and payment processing needs. Prior to joining Rebuild Texas, she attended the University of Phoenix and completed an associate’s degree in business. Her background includes the automobile and RV industry, working as a finance manager for 18 years.
Julie is very active in her church as a part-time missionary in Honduras. She loves entertaining with her family and friends, cooking and traveling.


Jimmy Gavas

Project Manager

Jimmy was the first generation of his family born in the United States – in Ann Arbor, Mi. – but spent many of his early years living and going to school in Corinth, Greece. He worked in a family service business then joined the staff at Rebuild after visiting Texas and falling in love with the weather and the people. According to Jimmy, “Roofing is hard work and can be a very dangerous job. It takes keen discipline, commitment and focus to complete a roofing project the right way from start to finish. I truly love what I do. It is very satisfying to improve someone’s home and property and I take great pride in running a tight ship with personalized service and professionalism.” When Jimmy is not working, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, visiting Greece, networking with contractors nationwide, and attending roofing expos and educational seminars.


Amaryllis Acevedo-Feliciano

Administrative Assistant

Amaryllis was born and raised in Long Island, N.Y. She graduated from Suffolk County Community College in Brentwood, NY with an Associates Degree and is a certified Administrative Assistant. She and her husband, Felix, have been married for nearly five years, and have two children, Dilaynie and Brielysse. They enjoy taking their daughters to the park, zoo, pool and Chuck-E-Cheese,and traveling to visit their grandparents in New York.


Nick Rosheisen

Project Manager

Nick developed an early interest in residential and commercial construction, where as a child, he could be found in the workshop taking things apart just to see how they worked — which led to lots of broken electronics and household items, but helped him learn how things work. That fascination carried on to his desire for education, completing courses in Technical Drafting, Building Trades and receiving Autocad Certification. Nick has worked with industry leaders in all trades from foundation, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, siding, roofing and finish work. Nick has taken an interest in insurance estimation, and holds Level I and II certification in Xactimate. Nick and his teenage children, Blake and Hailee, enjoy camping, fishing, riding four wheelers and enjoying the outdoors. Nick resides in Temple, Tx.


Erik Annell

Project Manager

Erik is originally from Minot, N.D. and is the youngest of six children in his family. He completed 10 years of military service in the US Army. He is a globetrotter — living in and visiting most of Europe, and traveling to Egypt, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Panama, Canada and all over the United States. Her has two sons, Cameron and Logan and says that they are the little people that make him most proud. Prior to joining the Rebuild Texas team, had a career in automotive service and sales. According to Erik, “Joining the Rebuild Texas team has been a fantastic experience. Working with people who truly care, are supportive of each other’s success, and genuinely happy to see each other is gratifying.”


Brandon Hocker

Project Manager

Brandon grew up in Dallas, went to Jesuit and Oklahoma State, then spent three years in Grand Junction, Co. and Show Low, Az. after college to write movie scripts with a friend. After learning that it costs money to live, they ended up getting “real” jobs and Brandon had to leave the snowboarding/writing life to come back home and start a career. While in Colorado, Brandon worked as project manager for a flooring company and flipped houses with a mentor. This background served him well as he entered a career in roofing. Brandon is currently engaged to be wed in Seattle this year, and just bought his first home with his fiancee’, which he is constantly remodeling. In his spare time Brandon plays baseball on an independent baseball team in Collin County, where after being invited, got the chance to play in the 25 and over World Series in Fort Lauderdale. He is passionate about helping people whenever he can, and goes out of his way to assist friends, families and customers.


Jennifer Keefe

Project Manager

Jennifer has worked with Rebuild Texas since 2016. After graduating from Kansas State University with bachelor’s degrees in dietetics and human nutrition, Jennifer moved to Texas to be closer to family. She continues to maintain her Registered Dietitian credentials and sees a few outpatients monthly. She serves in a Combat Support Hospital Unit with the United States Army Reserves and was recently promoted to Captain. Jennifer has a boxer mix dog, named after Kansas State football alum Jordy Nelson, who she rescued during a roof job site in Dallas. She spends her free time competitively showing her American Quarter Horses, “I Be Partying” (Snookie )and “Ima Good Talker” (Yoshi).


Robert Keefe

Project Manager

Robert was born in the oldest house in Wetzlar, Germany. His father was a US Army soldier and met his mom while he was stationed in Germany. He spent the first eight years of his life in Germany, then moved to Killeen, Tx. He completed studies in crime and delinquency at the University of Kansas and worked in corrections, probation and parole, emergency medical services and logistics. HIs background in logistics, combined with the management of construction and maintenance of rental homes that he owns, serves him well in the roofing industry. Robert and his wife make their home in the country near Houston. He has two grown daughters, a grandson, and a granddaughter on the way. He enjoys traveling, lounging in the pool, playing with his four Labrador Retrievers and is a decent ballroom dancer.


Corey Simpson

Project Manager

Corey has lived in Texas since he was 12 years old. He grew up in Frisco, back in the day when there was only one high school. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.  Corey managed a high-end retail boutique at Northpark Mall during college and began a career in real estate in 2014 before joining Rebuild Texas. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, his animals, and working on his aim at the gun range.


Shelby Prichard

Project Manager

Shelby was born in Waco Texas and currently resides in Burleson Texas. She has two children age 14 and 17. She was born and raised in this lone star state and very proud.  She strives on building relationships and customer service is 100% her absolute main priority as failure is not an option. She was raised by her mother,  a successful real estate agent who has now extended her success to the oil and gas field for Exxon. She left the mortgage business after 15 years to be out in the field and helping the community with the expertise I have in customer satisfaction. When she is not working she is enjoying a Rangers game fishing spending time with her family and friends or watching her son play football. She enjoys traveling anywhere there is a beach! Her daughter attends Ogle Beauty school and following her dreams of being a successful cosmetologist. Her son is starting High School in 2018-2019 and we will be working on a scholarship in football to Texas Tech so he can join two of his cousins. Guns up!


Matthew Netzel

Senior Project Manager

Matt was born and raised in upstate New York, where he graduated High School. Once graduated, Matt began working, moving from one job to the next, trying to find his calling. It wasn’t until he joined the Army that he found that calling.  From January 2001 until December 2010, Matt served as a Cavalry Scout. He is a decorated combat veteran, earning some prestigious awards throughout his career.  Some of these awards include the Army Commendation Medal with Valor x2, the Bronze Star Medal, and the Purple Heart.  He also holds the high honor of Drill Sergeant, where he was privileged to train the Nation’s future Warfighters. While serving in Afghanistan, Matt was wounded during combat operations, resulting in the need for numerous back surgeries, a m-TBI (mild traumatic brain injury), as well as other injuries that resulted in him being medically retired from service. Once he was out of the military, he met his wife.  They are the proud parents to four little girls, his eldest from a previous marriage, and three with his wife Tiffany. They Are Abby 9, Keeley 4, Kyndall 3, and Kennedy 1. He joined the Rebuild Texas family back in 2014. Matt started out as a canvasser and then has moved his way up to Senior Project Manager. Matt and his family look forward to a long and prosperous career with Rebuild Texas Construction.


Brian Kehoe

Project Manager

Brian grew up in Pennsylvania and after living all over the Keystone state, recently visited and fell in love with the great state of Texas.  Brian grew up in a construction household and earned his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology.  He has managed the construction of everything from college football stadiums, large scale multi-family housing, wastewater treatment facilities and natural gas pipeline projects. He says his greatest passion is talking to people no matter who or what he is doing and loves having his customers become lifelong friends.  Outside of work he enjoys fishing, horseback riding, snowboarding and hunting, specifically upland bird hunting with his GSPs.  He also enjoys coaching his 11-year-old daughter as she continues her select travel Fastpitch career.  Since relocating, Brian now resides with his beautiful wife Terri, and their daughter and three hunting dogs in Colleyville.


Larry & Jules Inman

Project Managers

Larry and Jules Inman have lived in the Frisco/Plano area for 26 years raising their 4 sons. Prior to roofing, they spent over 25 years in the Medical Device and Implant business. When Obamacare took over and destroyed the medical device business, they then transitioned into the construction industry. Since then they have been Roofing Project Managers for six years with 20 plus hail storms and 3 hurricanes under their belts. They use an efficient team approach to double check the proper completion of every aspect of your project. Jules meticulously handles the necessary ordering, financial paperwork and permitting procedures. Larry is hands on following the physical workflow. They look forward to relieving you, the homeowner, from the headaches and worries of proper project completion.


Andrew Blacklock

Project Manager

Andrew was born outside of St Louis Missouri, at the age of three, his family moved to Corpus Christi after his dad found work at a new church. Growing up the church youth group and Boy Scout Troop 52 were his main interests. Having entered Cub Scouts in 1st grade as a Tiger Cub he rose through the ranks eventually entering Boy Scouts in sixth grade. While in Boy Scouts he developed a love of camping, backpacking, and sailing, having completed multiple 50 miles treks, ten days in the Philmont backcountry, and a summer working at Florida Sea Base (Sailing and Scuba camp) after college.

Andrew attended Austin College in Sherman Texas studying Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy. There he participated in their Study Abroad program spending 6 months in Guanajuato, Guanajuato. A small Spanish colonial city nestled in the rocky hills of central Mexico.  There he learned some Spanish and a deep appreciation of Mexico’s history, culture and beautiful natural scenery.

After graduating Austin College in 2011 he went to work for Camp All Saints’ JOLT program as an outdoor educator, teaching 5th-grade science in an outdoor forest ecosystem on Lake Texoma. Along with the science program, he taught archery, basic wilderness preparedness, orienteering and facilitated a high and low ropes course.

After his time as an outdoor education instructor, Andrew joined Rebuild Texas Construction, working his way to the position he holds today as Project Manager.


Israel Hernandez

Roofing Crew Manager

Israel was born in Durango, Mexico. He is married to Pamela Hernandez, they been married for 8 years, they have 3 children, Alfredo is 6 years old, and the twins are Alexa and Alexander they are 4 years old they are twins. I’ve been in Texas for 10 years. They like to travel around the world, spend time together.


Ricardo Sanchez

Gutter Crew Manager

Ricardo was born in Quetaro, Mexico, he moved to Texas 15 years ago. He is married to Alejandra Rodriguez. They been married for 3 years and have two children, Ricardo is 14 years old and Juan is 12 years old. On his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar and singing, he also likes to play soccer and go to the movies.


Antonio Vega

Fence Crew Manager

Antonio was born in Chicago. His family is from Mexico. He is married to Elisabeth Ramirez, they been married for 13 years, they have 3 children, Galilea is 11 years old, Melina is 4 years old and Kayli is 2 years old. He has been living in Texas for 12 years. He likes to go fishing and do Carpentry work. He has been with Rebuild Texas for 8 years.
